Who is Isabel Lucas?
Best known for her 2 year stint on Australian soap, Home and Away as Tasha Andrews, the character that was created just for her. After graduating from the Victorian College of Arts, she never bothered working commercially much until she was spotted by an agent - and the rest as they say is history!
Most recently Isabel made headlines after a stunt that saw her put her life in danger for her passion ... animals. She paddled into the water on a surf board with Hayden Panettiere and other activists in Japan as a dolphin hunting ship made its way into the cove and began a bloody slaughter.
Hollywood has stood up and taken notice of Isabel, and its not just because she keeps famous company. Her acting credentials have seen her cast in an upcoming Steve Spielberg film and in 2008 she'll be releasing Daybreakers with Ethan Hawke. Watch for her more on the big screen ... but perhaps we'll be seeing more of her in the media after animal activist stunts!

Isabel Lucas Quotes
I am totally addicted to natural beauty products. I like to look natural and radiant. So my best beauty tip is start on the inside. Make sure to eat healthy and drink plenty of water.
Film (is my focus), but I want to try all different mediums. I have really had a lot of time to think about what I want and Home and Away was a wonderful learning experience, but it was a lot of pressure for a young person straight from school. Acting is what I love, so film and theatre is what I want to do now.
I just loved working with rest of the cast of Home and AwayIt’s been so great. Everyone has been really welcoming. All the cast and crew are really down to earth people because there are a lot of kids in the cast. It was lovely to meet some nice friends, especially not knowing anyone in Sydney.
I love art.I always loved creative art-all of those arty subjects at school. Also music-I love guitar and I've had singing lessons. I'm now learning to skateboard and I am learning some moves now. I have also never been surfing, but I want to.
