Who is Toni Pearen?

Now we know her as the face of Australia's Funniest Home Videos, her weekly clothing experiments and badly written jokes have kept her in a job for years, but before that she made her name as the denim wearing wild child on the short lived soap, E-Street. Unlike many actors, her Funniest Home Videos gig has given her the guaranteed income most actors only dream of, but she hasn't had a lot of luck breaking out of the mould. With guest appearances on 20 to 1, Bert's Family Feud, Celebrity Circus, The Footy Show and Home and Away, she seems stuck in the rut of promotional reality TV shows designed to keep celebs popular. That doesn't seem to matter to her fans though, keeping them happy with her weekly appearances and most of all by staying down to earth amongst the glitz and glamour of TV. Her wedding has become famous for its simplicity, held in the small Aussie town of Moree with her family and friends.
